About David:
David Fyke, who manages the Builder Services Department, is the
liaison between you, your engineer, your attorney, and Chicago Title
as it pertains to escrow and title insurance services for your
project. David has over 31 years experience in the title
insurance industry, 24 of which have been in the Builder / Developer
Services area. He is past Chairman of the Central Arizona
Homebuilders Association Real Estate Liaison Committee and serves as
an active member of the committee. David is also a member of REEA.
His value to you is
that he and the Builder Services Department can save you and your
staff time and money in processing and coordinating your project
approval process. He and his staff provide the following
services at NO CHARGE to you as our customer.

Issuance of
title reports and copies of recorded documents for your engineer
and Arizona Department of Real Estate

Review of
subdivision plats and restrictions for title insurability

Preparation of
the Arizona Department of Real Estate Subdivision Application,
Petition for Conditional Sales Exemption and securing supportive
documentation required by the Department of Real Estate.

Coordinate
transaction closings. Liaison with Chicago Title, your
engineer, attorney and lender relating to subdivision issues.
The only cost to
you, as our customer, is the filing fees and inspection fee required
by the Arizona Department of Real Estate.
The Builder
Services Department is also responsible for the coordination of the
services of our escrow branch offices, your lender, and yourself to
insure prompt and professional escrow service for Acquisition and
Development loans, Construction Loans, and sale escrow transactions.
